Avril Kelly
A Dublin girl living in Swords who has spent her working life in estate agency in North County Dublin having graduated in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from Ballsbridge College & the IAVI. A licensed Property Service Provider Avril combines her work life with being the mother of two young children. Specialising in Residential Lettings and Customer Service she understands only too well the hassles of balancing a busy home life with the pressures of house hunting and Property Management. For work-life balance her love of travel and art are natural outlets.
Maria McGrath
Maria made the move from Kilkenny to Skerries and from tourism to estate agency and now balances a passion for getting people into property with her passion for rugby and tennis with the local clubs. But in a way that only a Kilkenny person can ever understand neither of these come close to hurling! With Kelly & Co Maria is the oil that keeps everything running smoothly in Customer Services and Property Management.
Shea Kelly
Following a tradition of both his parents being involved in property and construction Shea made the switch from teaching to estate agency many years ago and now combines his role as managing director of Kelly & Co with many other community, cultural, teaching and sporting interests. Hillwalking, tennis and gardening absorb any spare time and energy with a bit of running thrown in…..for the sake of Codi, the family dog. Having gone to school exactly where Kelly’s office now stands in Skerries, Shea graduated from UCD with a BA in Economics and Geography and a Higher Diploma in Education. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Valuers, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Mediators Institute of Ireland and is a Registered Valuer and Certified Mediator.
